o.o funny you should ask, for such a brilliant artist as yourself . Well, I try to work in layers. Starting with an hb pencil for outlining light strands then gradually working my way to the dark strokes of the 4b and 6b pencils. I always sharpen the point on my wooded 4b and 6b pencils cus they get dull really fast.
haha.. Okay cool, i really don't know what kinda shading I use c: I think it's a mix of hatching and cross hatching. I've been wanting to order better paper for some time now. I use copier paper! D: i.e standard printing paper. It was my enemy lol, but I've really gotten used to it. I've been thinking, if I can master this awful paper, then I'll be pro by the time i get good quality (aka Strathmore 300 series smooth Bristol) I just haven't gone about doing it.
